The AQUA 60 PRO is a compact and energy-efficient marine desalinator from Aqua Nautica, designed for sailboats and yachts, with a production capacity of 65 liters of water per hour. Available in 12V or 24V versions.

The AQUA 60 PRO is a compact, energy-efficient marine watermaker designed for sailboats and yachts. Its enhanced Clark pump energy-recovery system produces 65 liters of fresh water per hour while drawing only 24 A at 12 V DC or 12 A at 24 V DC. The fully mechanical, hydraulically self-regulating design helps simplify operation and maintenance.

Watermakers for Sailboats and Yachts

Aqua Nautica PRO watermakers are next-generation marine desalination systems equipped with a Clark pump energy-recovery device. Their low electrical demand makes them suitable for 12V or 24V battery systems and, when properly sized, solar-powered installations.

The AQUA 30 PRO, AQUA 60 PRO and AQUA 110 PRO produce between 30 and 110 liters of fresh water per hour. Each model is designed for reliable operation, straightforward installation and simple maintenance in demanding marine environments – without electronic controls.

Watermakers for boats with Clark pump – new generation

Low-power 12V and 24V DC operation makes the AQUA PRO Series suitable for onboard battery systems and, when properly sized, solar-powered installations.

Clark pump energy recovery helps reduce the electrical power required to produce fresh water at sea.

Aqua Nautica combines durable components, simple hydraulic operation and competitive pricing across the AQUA PRO range.

Why Aqua Nautica Watermakers?

  • High-quality construction at a competitive price
  • 12V and 24V DC configurations
  • Up to 85% lower power consumption than conventional high-pressure watermakers
  • No generator required when the onboard electrical system is properly sized
  • Quiet, low-vibration operation
  • Low maintenance requirements
  • Hydraulic self-regulation with no manual pressure adjustment during normal operation
  • Straightforward installation with online technical support

Key Features

  • High freshwater output: Produces 65 L/h (17.1 US gal/h), making it suitable for crews with greater daily freshwater requirements.
  • Efficient power consumption: Draws 24 A at 12 V DC or 12 A at 24 V DC.
  • High salt rejection: Achieves a minimum salt rejection rate of 99.5%, producing water with less than 500 ppm TDS under specified operating conditions.
  • Compact design: Weighs 28 kg dry and is designed for efficient installation on sailboats and yachts.
  • Clark pump energy recovery: Reuses pressure energy from the outgoing brine stream to reduce electrical power consumption.
  • Fully mechanical operation: Requires no electronic control system or manual pressure adjustment during normal operation.
  • Wide operating range: Handles feedwater salinity up to 50,000 ppm and temperatures from 0.5°C to 45°C.

Why Choose AQUA 60 PRO?

Designed for sailors who need reliable freshwater production with low electrical demand, the AQUA 60 PRO combines compact components, mechanical operation and energy recovery. Its 65 L/h output makes it suitable for smaller crews and vessels with limited installation space and battery capacity.
